Workout Customization
The workouts are customized in different ways:
STROKE
DISTANCE SPECIALTY
INTERVALS
VOLUME
SEASON
The STROKE customization means that more sets are performed using the
specialty stroke, in straight swims, drills, kicks and pulls. In any case we
try to keep common sets as much alike as we possible can.
The DISTANCE SPECIALTY means, that the number of Reps and the Rep
Distance and also the overall volume are going to be different for
Sprinters, Middle Distance and Long Distance swimmers. Again, we try to
minimize the effects of workout management by equalizing in the non-specific
sets.
The INTERVALS customization means that each swim interval, rest interval
and HR is customized for each group, and in some cases generate different
groups, like we have for Free 1 and Free 2 in this situation.
