After enrollment, the first step to get into the program, is the Swimmer’s Evaluation. This procedure is designed to assemble the necessary information from the swimmer to customize the workouts.

 

The Swimmer Evaluation process is done by the way of questionnaires that are processed through by using a browser.  Swimmers directly enter data through a live connection to the SwimGold’s Database servers and into their own storage area. The questionnaire  consists of four major   groups  and a total of close to 150 questions grouped as follows:

 

Personal Data

Anthropometric Data

Swim Performance Data

Training experience  and available facilities

 

Those Databases contain both historical data and dynamic data that it used as a permanent means to evaluate the swimmers status.

 

There is also a  condensed Evaluation mode, this option will be presented to you at enrollment time.
