The workouts are  prepared by your SwimGold Coach, and have the variation and the resourcefulness and know-how that only an experienced coach can provide. The final product is a fusion, and a very synergistic. A premium design by a premium coach  that is converted from a high performance parametric workout for  " an unnamed swimmer " into a high performance workout "for yourself".

 

We provide all kind of swim programs targeted to all types of swimming events, specialties and swim levels.

 

As part of the workout delivery, we provide contextual videos and  execution procedures  for all non intuitive actions (over 280 videos)
