I really enjoyed this new training style. My girls seemed to like

“The one thing I did notice and they said it seemed like they were always
working at a fast pace. When I told them they could go slow or we did
stuff in the middle of sets wih low heart rates, their times were still on the
fast side, they said they could no longer swim slow. It was very

towards the end but we did not have enough depth to match up with them in the
last event the 400 Free Relay. Our goal was to score more points than last
season and give them a run for their money. Last year they beat us 105 to
80, today they won only 97 to 88. "

Mostafa " , 9 years old joined yesterday a competition (ages 9-11) organised
between schools in the same area, about 15 schools…..In the 100 freestyle he was
able to improve his from 01:20.55 to 01:15.03 and he finished the 100 Fly in
01:38.35 and his time three weeks ago, before starting the program was
01:55.54, placing 4th in both events ……as a result most of the coaches came to
me the same night and they wanted to know all about the program we are working
with……”
"One of my freshman girls who swam the 500 Free had a previous best time of
6:05.30 this past club season tonight she went 5:56.34 for a personal best time.
Another freshman had a previous best time of 6:26.58 at club and went 6:19.31
tonight. My IM'er went 2:22.74 for her best time. My so called 2nd string
200 freestyler went from a 2:16.65 from club swimming to her personal best
tonight with a 2:12.20."

where I thought we looked a little slow was in our turns, otherwise I was
pleased with our performance as were the swimmers."

hurting from the intense sprint work and dryland training mainly the medicine

meet saying how they are better than us and how they were going to beat us in
this dual meet. I told my swimmers to ignore all the talk and let's do are
talking in the water. And that they did!”
