"One of my freshman girls who swam the 500 Free had a previous best time of 6:05.30 this past club season tonight she went 5:56.34 for a personal best time. Another freshman had a previous best time of 6:26.58 at club and went 6:19.31 tonight. My IM'er went 2:22.74 for her best time.  My so called 2nd string 200 freestyler went from a 2:16.65 from club swimming to her personal best tonight with a 2:12.20."
