There are basically four components to a swimming workout:

You guessed right ! We offer you the last one. And those are successfully
proven "killer programs" from Age Group to Master swimmers, all specifically
customized for each individual swimmer (see the group section for
information about groups).
Swimming is not an exact science, and there is no other way to evaluate a
Program than by its long term results. A swimmer's "competition" life
is very short. So short that sometimes by the time he finds out that a
certain program does not provide the wanted progress, the swimmer's calling
and/or patience are over or at least shifted the swimmer into the
"recreational phase".
The process that goes into the structure of a successful workout is very
complex. It requires not only marshaling the requirements and great number
of variables of each individual, but to integrate each workout in the
larger picture of the seasonal program and competition schedule. We do that
for each swimmer !
