Why

 

This program was developed to afford each swimmer the opportunity and the peace of mind that comes with knowing that all this time and effort spent in the pool is given the most efficient use. That the swimmer has the option to actually do the same workouts, adapted to his/hers specific parameters, that have propelled others to become Olympic Champions.

 

It is somewhat unlikely you will become an Olympic Champion.....is it ? We do not think so, if you do not think so. We can give you the same tools that did work for others....Same water, same pool size, same program....no more excuses for YOU. At least, no doubts about this factor of the equation.
